Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program. You must be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable Nigerian law.

1.2. Application

We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We will notify you of your acceptance status.

1.3. Non-Exclusivity

This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship. You are an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of RAYIYS.

1.4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account and password.

2.1. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link or code. We offer both recurring and one-time commissions:

• Recurring Commissions: You earn a percentage of 10% of the sale price for all monthly subscription plans. This commission will be paid only for the first ten (10) consecutive monthly subscription payments made by a referred customer. After the tenth successful payment for a specific customer, the affiliate commission for that customer ceases.
• One-Time Commissions: You earn a one-time percentage 10% for any Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) or specialized service (e.g., Home Cleaning, Accessory Care) booked by a new customer using your link.

2.2. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer, typically 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was confirmed, to allow for processing, returns, or cancellations.

2.3. Minimum Payout

A minimum payout threshold of ₦5,000 must be reached before payment is issued.

2.4. Customer Tracking

We use cookies to track referrals. Commissions are only paid if the customer completes their purchase within the cookie duration (e.g., 30 days). Our tracking system's data is final in case of disputes.

2.5. Self-Referrals

You may not use your own affiliate link for personal purchases or to generate commissions for yourself or on behalf of people residing at your address.

3.1. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations in your marketing activities.

3.2. Ethical Conduct

You must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices. Prohibited activities include:

• Using false links, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent traffic (e.g., bots).
• Bidding on search engine keywords containing "RAYIYS" or any of our branded terms.
• Promoting discount codes not provided to you through the official program.

3.3. Disclosures

You must clearly disclose that you are compensated for promoting our products and services. A simple statement like "I earn a commission if you use my link" is required.

3.4. Brand Protection

You may only use approved marketing materials (logos, banners, descriptions) provided in your affiliate portal. You may not modify our branding without written permission.

4.1. Termination for Cause

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

4.2. Termination Without Cause

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

4.3. Forfeiture of Commissions

Commissions earned through fraudulent or non-compliant activities will be forfeited upon termination. Valid commissions earned before termination will be paid out.

5.1. Independent Contractor

You acknowledge your status as an independent contractor. We are not liable for your actions, content, or business expenses. You are solely responsible for the development and operation of your site/promotions.

5.2. Liability Cap

Our total liability to you will not exceed the total commission fees paid to you under this agreement.

We disclaim all implied warranties regarding the affiliate program or services offered.
