Anti-Fraud Policy
Maintaining Integrity in Our Affiliate Program
1. Purpose
This Anti-Fraud Policy is designed to ensure the integrity of the RAYIYS Affiliate Program and protect our business from deceptive or fraudulent practices. Fraudulent activity violates our Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of all commissions.
2. Prohibited Activities (Fraud)
The following activities are strictly prohibited and considered fraud:
Self-Referrals
Using your own affiliate link to sign up for services or make purchases.
Cookie Stuffing
Employing any method that drops a cookie onto a user's browser without the user's knowledge or interaction with the affiliate link.
Incentivized Traffic
Offering cash, rewards, or discounts to users specifically to click an affiliate link, unless explicitly pre-approved by RAYIYS.
Brand Bidding
Bidding on our branded terms (e.g., "RAYIYS," "RAYIYS Laundry," "RAYIYS Services") in search engines.
Bot/Automated Traffic
Using automated software or scripts to generate false clicks or impressions.
Misrepresentation
Impersonating RAYIYS or making false claims about our services or prices.
3. Monitoring and Investigation
We actively monitor all affiliate traffic and sales data. Any suspicious activity will be investigated. By participating in our program, you agree to comply with our monitoring efforts.
Note: We employ advanced fraud detection systems to identify patterns of suspicious behavior, including but not limited to unusual click-through rates, conversion rates, and traffic sources.
4. Consequences of Fraud
If fraud is detected, the following actions will be taken:
Immediate Termination
The affiliate account will be permanently closed without prior notice.
Forfeiture
All unpaid commissions will be forfeited, regardless of when they were earned.
Legal Action
In severe cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and seek recovery of any funds paid fraudulently. This may include reporting fraud to law enforcement authorities.
5. Reporting Fraud
If you suspect fraudulent activity within our affiliate program, we encourage you to report it immediately to our affiliate management team.
